On Friday the trekkers team went to Spencer Park. This is part of our term 1 topic - finding out what makes New Zealand special. When we were there we spent some time at the beach, doing the wetlands walk and at the playground. It was a great way to spend the day.
It was fantastic to travel all the way to Spencer Park and meet up with our neighbouring school. Your manners were impeccable as you politely asked if you could join in our volleyball game. It was fabulous to see our two schools combining on the playground so well. A great day was had by all. We look forward to meeting again at Winter Sport.
